The breakfasts were quite good.
The room was very small, it looked untidy and very dark. The whole hotel left very unpleasant impression. Later we stayed in Paris in a wonderful hotel and the price was significantly lower then in this one.
The hotel staff were very helpfull and nice. Tram is infront of the hotel and metro 5 mins walk! Helped me alot with knowing directions and provided me a map. I want to say thank you ! supermarket , resturants, bakery are near the hotel. Very peacefull place.
They blocked 130 euros payment for first night 2 times when I checked in and out (which showed in bank transaction) !! Room very small, shower in one place and toilet in another place. Internet should be free. They already have free internet in the lobby and you can use it, so why not making it free for room too ?
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free internet in the breakfast room. Hotel only 5 - 7 mins away from Metro Station Ballard and a great take away patisserie next to Metro entrance. Plenty of restaurants to pick from near hotel. Great little find was Fiori's Restaurant, 52-56 rue Ballard, 15e. Tram line outside front of hotel.
Very smart rooms, better than most 4 star I have stayed in. Comfy bed and good nights sleep with no outside noise. Excellent friendly staff. Good choice of local cafes.
Bit out of town, although close to metro and only 20-25 mins into the centre which you would spend walking even in the centre. Small room, but modern. Ridiculous cost of minibar - there are shops nearby though and across the road,.
very friendly staff, good location, close to metro station, clean rooms, perfect for city trips!!
The hotel it s in a very nice area and not to far away from the metro station; the room was clean , the staff was very helpful.
I stayed in a double room, which is very nice , but I don t recomend it if you want to have privacy on the bathroom
The room was extremly clean. The staff very friendly, helpful. The hotel is small but stylish enough. Our room (301) was a bit small, but the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom clean, brighty with good water pressure and big mirrors. Always had a good sleep. lcd TV, safe, A/C, enough wardrobe for 2. Close to the metro station, city centre (main attractions) is 20 min by metro. Lovely restaurants near to the hotel. We loved it, definetly would stay again and recommend for everybody.
The parking is hard. Its a few pay and display place near, but they are always full. We used a multi-storey car park near to the hotel for 26/day. Leave your car there and take a metro, easier. :)
The staff was great with pointing us in the right direction for getting around Paris. It was a very cute modern hotel. Very clean and well kept. A bit small, but that's what you get in Europe. I'd definitlely recommend the hotel and stay again.
The major downfall of the hotel, is that it was a bit out of the way. Kind of far from the main city, but luckily they were a pretty good distance from the metro and never had to wait for a train at that stop.
There was no duvet, just an itchy dirty sheet which I couldn't use. Furthermore, the room in the promotional photographs was not anything like the tiny flat-pack wardrobe containing room that I stayed in. It was claimed that this room was discounted from £450 - I doubt that very much!
- The hotel is located in a good area, with metro station verry close and a lot of restaurants on the same street. We came often after 12 pm and we have nothing to worrry about; - the personal of the hotel was verry nice and the room was cleaned every day; - they let us eat within their restaurant, but with our food bought from a supermarket which is 2 minutes from the hotel, without extracharge; - there is wireless iternet available for 5 euro/3days, which is reasonable; - the air conditioning is working; the bathroom is clean.
- The room is small, but after the first day you get used with that; - the elevator is also very small, but we were laughing about this after we succeeded to caryy our luggage in the room; - the tv does not have all the main tv programs..
First and foremost it was really comfortable. The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The design of the place we found interesting, fresh and modern. We had requested two quiet rooms and that is exactly what we were given. The plus was that the beds were so comfortable - not always the case in hotels. The rooms were not exactly large but there was enough room for everything we needed. All of the fittings were top quality, especially the shower room. The only thing that did not suit us was that there was no lift for our section and we were on the second floor. This would not have been a problem for us normally, but I had recently hurt my knee. And yet the manager immediately offered to move us if we so wished. But, as we were satisfied with our rooms, we decided to stay. Back to the good things - and the buffet-style breakfast was also excellent. We could not have asked for more and would not hesitate to stay there again.
Location: 5 minutes from the "Parc des Expositions". Very quite hotel nice breakfast I would recommend this Hotel if someone has to be present at the "Parc des Expositions" Porte de Versaille. Very practical
Very small room but it is fine if you are staying for one night like I did I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel only 2-3 minutes away from Metro Station Ballard, 5-7 minutes from Metro Porte de Versailles. Great take away patisserie next to Metro Ballard entrance. Tram line outside front of hotel. Rer line - 7-8 minutes from hotel for Palais de Versailles an Trianon (near Sena river). Plenty and various of restaurants to pick from near hotel, good prices.
Tv - only french speaking. I don't recommend it if you want to have privacy on the bathroom. Missing shampoo.
Some of the staff was very helpful and the last desk clerk tried very hard to make sure we didn't miss our connection to London. We were 2 min late but that was because we didn't know where to go in the train station. It was a nice quiet street and it was relatively close to a metro station.
There is an elevator but the section of the hotel we were in, didn't have access. We had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. The room smelled like old water or something. The breakfast wasn't included and it was way too expensive for what we saw when we walked thru the restaurant. We were farther away from the tourist attractions than my daughter wanted us to be so she was unhappy with the hotel.
it is located in a very nice, silent part of the city , not far from the city attractions (by metro/bus), which is quite clean and the interior is well decorated.(comparing to the money you pay and other hotels with the same price) Although it is not in the middle of the city, it's just 3 minutes walk to one of the stations near by (metro 8 or bus 39) and then 7-15 mins to most sites you wish to see. it is also 2 minutes to the tram station (line 2) which goes directly to "La defence" I will definitly go back to this hotel and recommend it to those who do not want to pay a lot for the accomodation but still want to be in a nice atmosphere.
The part where we stayed did not have a lift but it was ok for us as we did not have heavy luggages, and it was just 2 stories up. however this part is not recommended for those with large ,heavy luggages or those who have problems with the stairs. but I asked the reception and they said that they also have another part with access to the lift. Not recommended for those who wish not to use any public transportation and just want to walk in the city.
